(come early and have some breakfast).
TIME: 8:00am leaving 8:15am
VENUE - QUEENSLAND TRANSPORT MUSEUM GATTON
STOP #1 We will be taking a scenic drive to Rosewood for morning tea stop, ( tea and coffee supplied) toilets in park. Please bring a morning tea plate.
After morning tea a short visit to a Cobb and Co Coach restored in special built building free for all to visit.
STOP #2 After morning tea we continue our scenic drive in the country to the Gatton Transport Museum.
Admission costs apply Adult $8 Concession $6 Child $3 Under 5 free.
Visit approx 1.5 Hours
LUNCH: The museum has a colonial food bar. Coffee, chips, burgers etc or BYO

On Sunday 28th April, James St Precinct will come alive once again from 10am – 3pm for Cruisin’ Caboolture.
Cruisin’ Caboolture features an afternoon of entertainment, including a Show & Shine Car Show, a Competition of over 100+ Vehicles, live music, and FREE children’s activities. If cars and live music wasn’t enough, this event will also feature a range of local craft brews and delicious food trucks to delight your taste buds!
Cruisin’ Caboolture is set to be a family-friendly afternoon in the heart of Caboolture and be the perfect opportunity to witness elegant cars and quality local entertainment.
𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻' 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We are looking for motoring enthusiasts who love to show off their pride and joy to the world. On Sunday April 28th from 10am – 3pm we are looking for the best and shiniest Classic, Modern, Muscle Car or Hot Rod, and Custom Modified Cars to attend.
Please note that entry to the event is free, however, cars wishing to partake in the Show n Shine Competition must pay the $12 (Per Car) Registration Fee. Registration forms must be completed by 31 March 2024 to be considered for the Show n Shine competition.

11:00am onwards –
$10 per car – all money raised through registration goes directly to NFP groups that support families and individuals impacted by domestic violence.
If cars want to participate in the Ride itself the details are as follows:
9:00am leave show grounds following the motor bikes for a “Sea of Red” procession down Morayfield Road, Circumnavigate the Caboolture Sports Club (Major Sponsor of Red Ride)
Arrive at Humpty Bong Yacht Club (location still to be confirmed) car park to be marshalled with the motorbikes for a
“Sea of Red” procession over the Hornibrook Highway
Back to Caboolture Showgrounds.

- have live music featuring Plumb Dogs. We are still considering other bands/singers to play in between sets
- Entertainment for families such as a climbing wall, super slide, face painter etc
- Throughout the day there will be information sessions on domestic violence provided by the Domestic Violence Prevention Council

Crows Nest Museum and Historical Village
Cnr New England Highway & Oxford Street, Crows Nest QLD
This will be a reasonably long run taking a bit over 2 hours (from the northbound highway BP) plus morning tea stop.

If anyone wants to have an overnight stay there are self-contained cabins at the Crows Nest Tourist Park which is only about 2km from the historical village.
The HK HT HG Holden Owners Club of Queensland and Torana Appreciation Social Club Sunshine Coast have been invited to join us on this run.

- Meet at the Northbound BP on the highway at Morayfield at 8.00am leaving at 8.15am.
- Take the D’Aguliar Highway with a stop at Coff & Co Bakery in Kilcoy for morning tea.
- Continue on the D’Aguliar Highway and turn left onto the Brisbane Valley Highway to Toogoolawah.
- Take Toogoolawah-Biarra Road which becomes Esk-Crows Nest Road, then Bluff Road, then Anduramba Road.
- Turn left onto Pierces Creek Road. Turn right onto the New England Highway and then right onto Showground Terrace.
